Mission Statement
VO|AX was founded on four main pillars: accountability, discipline, physical capability, and mental resilience.
With more than 30 years of combined public service, we know there is more to do. More to make sure first responders are operating at their highest level. More to influence the success of small businesses. More to create a positive impact in our communities.
How do we achieve this?
We build and deliver training systems and mentorship for government agencies, law enforcement, fire departments, and corporate teams.
Make no mistake: this is not generic team building. We are here to create a lasting cultural shift.
That work may look like improving the fitness standards of a department, strengthening the culture of a sales team, or serving our own community through community workouts and personal coaching.
We use data-backed metrics, proven strategies, and unwavering support to help people and teams build greater capability and perform under pressure. No matter how large or small the team, the mission remains the same.
Community. Culture. Conditioning.
Conditioning the culture of the community through accountability, discipline, physical capability, mental resilience, and Relentless Execution.
Who We Are
VO|AX is led by professionals with firsthand experience in public safety, military service, leadership, and strength and conditioning. Our team understands the physical demands of the job, the realities of department culture, and the need for programs that work across an entire organization.
